Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear rules to protect both you and us.

2. Revisions vs. Scope Changes

Revisions address clarity/quality within scope. Scope changes (new drawings/specs/standards) require a variation and revised quote.

3. Delivery Delays

If Ardanic causes a material delay beyond the agreed timeline without valid reason, a proportional refund or service credit may be offered.

4. Client Delays

Delays due to missing information or approvals may shift delivery dates and do not qualify for refunds.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email khalid@nitrogencontracting.com with invoice number, project name, and reason. Valid requests are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (bank/processor timelines may apply).

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We aim to resolve issues directly. If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide documentation to the processor; service access may be suspended during investigation.
