We primarily invoice in USD. Other currencies (EUR/GBP/JOD) may be arranged upon request. FX and bank fees may apply.
Invoices are issued electronically with a secure payment link. Receipts are emailed upon successful payment.
Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes, if applicable, will be itemized on the invoice.
Late or overdue invoices may pause work and delivery until settlement.
In case of disputes, please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to suspension of services while reviewed with the payment processor.
For retainers, recurring invoices can be arranged upon request with prior written consent.
